Reservations Manager

As Reservations & Guest Relations Manager, you will lead the development and management of a centralized reservations function across our restaurant group and partner venues. This role is responsible for building scalable systems, optimizing availability and revenue, and ensuring seamless coordination between digital platforms and on-site operations.

You will oversee guest communications and elevate the overall guest experience by managing preferences, VIP relationships, and service standards with a high level of personalization and care. Working closely with front-of-house teams, you’ll ensure alignment between reservations systems and in-restaurant execution.

In addition, you will develop training materials and standardized procedures to support operational consistency across locations, while leveraging data and analytics to identify trends, improve forecasting, and drive innovation. This role will also contribute to the integration of new technologies and the long-term vision of creating a streamlined, intuitive operating system for independent restaurants.
