Key Responsibilities:
- FOH Management: Lead FOH staff to deliver impeccable service, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet financial goals, including budgets, labor cost management, and P&L oversight.
- Hire, train, and mentor team members to foster a professional and positive work environment.
- Act as the liaison between FOH and BOH to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team dynamic.
- Build guest relationships by providing a welcoming, polished, and personalized dining experience.
- Uphold high service and operational standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Qualifications:
- Polished Resume: Fine dining experience and a professional background with attention to detail.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead teams in FOH and BOH, creating an environment of collaboration and excellence.
- Financial Acumen: Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and profitability management.
