Opening Restaurant | Hotel Spero in Downtown San Francisco
We’re opening a new restaurant inside Hotel Spero and building a team from the ground up, people who care about doing things well and working in a place that feels supportive, professional, and human.
This is a chef-driven concept with an elevated cocktail and wine approach to pair. Small team, high standards, and a shared commitment to creating something we’re proud of operating in collaboration with Hotel Spero, but with independent mindset.
Front of House:
Bartender (foundation in quality driven classics and craft cocktails, production, full menu service at the bar)
PM Lead Bartender (must be able to lead a room, not just make drinks)
Server (p/t & f/t - experience in polished service with a warm, hospitality driven core)
Server/Sommelier - f/t - hybrid position assisting with wine program as well as sommelier/server shifts, leading to f/t lead sommelier)
Back of House:
All kitchen positions

Understand pacing, awareness, and guest experience
Communicate clearly and show up for your team
Are curious and want to keep learning: food, wine, service
