What You’ll Do
- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest through warm, attentive, and personalized service
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence, offering thoughtful recommendations and genuine hospitality
- Take food and beverage orders accurately while engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Seamlessly enter orders into the POS system and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely, accurate service
- Anticipate guest needs, check in throughout the dining experience, and address any concerns with care and urgency
- Present checks in a timely manner and process payments accurately, maintaining full accountability for all transactions
- Collaborate with bussers, food runners, bartenders, and managers to deliver a smooth, cohesive service experience
- Support the team by completing side work and contributing to the overall flow and success of the restaurant
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong team mindset
- 3 years of serving experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize during busy shifts
- A genuine interest in hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
