We are looking for an energetic and outgoing professional with experience as a concierge or lead host with outstanding customer service skills. You’ll also need excellent communication skills to answer phone inquiries and make reservation requests. You will greet guests and guide them to their assigned tables. You’ll ensure that the table size corresponds with the number of guests, manage any requests or needs from the client, and generally maintain the guest experience throughout their visit, in tandem with the service team.
Our desired candidate will be an energetic people-person, who understands how to read the room and when to enter and exit a conversation appropriately; a team player who can multitask and assist with other duties as needed. Cigar knowledge is not needed, training will be provided.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced atmosphere with periods of standing for an extended length of time.
- Must have excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
- Ability to deal with customer requests courteously, efficiently, and timely.
- Must be excellent in conflict resolution.
