Restaurant Manager – Agora Tysons

Agora Tysons is seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
• Proven experience in guest relations and service recovery, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage reservations, seating flow, and large parties/events
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations, including menu understanding and quality control
• Experience with staff scheduling and labor management
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Preferred:

• Experience in Mediterranean or upscale casual dining
• Background in event coordination or private dining
