Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Payroll / Accounts Payable Administrator with strong experience in QuickBooks, Restaurant365, and HRIS platforms working at our Bucks County, Yardley Family Office. This position functions within a fast-paced environment and requires a proactive, organized, and trustworthy professional.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting and ensure GAAP compliance
• Maintain employee records and assist with HRIS administration
• Oversee onboarding, payroll processing, and insurance compliance
• Maintains QuickBooks, Restaurant365, and HRIS platforms
• Monitor inventory and support operational initiatives
• Collaborate with the Controller and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll and/or human resources
• Strong knowledge of payroll, HR, and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and HRIS systems
• Experience with Restaurant365
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
