Position: Experienced Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute dishes on grill, sauté, and pasta stations
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Work efficiently during high-volume service
• Follow all kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Italian restaurant preferred
• Strong knowledge of grill, sauté, and pasta preparation
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
