We are seeking a disciplined, high-energy Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a high-end, fast-paced Latino Fusion restaurant, we specialize in small-plate (tapas) service that requires precision, speed, and an artistic eye. You will be responsible for executing a sophisticated menu that blends traditional Latin flavors with modern global techniques.
Core Responsibilities-
Station Excellence: Execute high-quality dishes across assigned stations, maintaining consistency in flavor, temperature, and presentation.

Speed & Precision: Manage multiple "small plate" tickets simultaneously in a high-volume environment without sacrificing detail.

Mise en Place: Complete daily prep lists, ensuring all sauces, proteins, and garnishes are fresh and stocked for service.

Communication: Maintain "call-back" discipline and clear communication with the Chef to ensure perfect table timing.

Sanitation: Adhere to strict health and safety standards, including station cleanliness, labeling, and FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation.
Candidates should be proficient in or capable of mastering the following:
Station Focus AreaGarde Manger
Cold tapas, ceviches, tartares, and intricate plating of salads.
Taco
Hand-pressed tortillas, precision-sliced proteins, and complex salsa/garnish applications.
Sauté
Managing pan-seared seafood, arroz dishes, and reduction sauces with high heat.
Hot Apps
High-volume turnover of fried, croquette, and baked small plates.
Grill
Expert temping of prime meats and charred vegetables over open flame/plancha.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $23.00)
