Laziza is a Middle Eastern inspired Bar and restaurant in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn that takes you on a journey through sound, senses and flavor. Laziza means “it's just a good thing” and we’re striving to be home for memorable tunes, delicious food, iconic drinks and community. A gathering point for locals in the area and a destination for diners and music lovers alike in New York City and beyond. The food is an homage to the diversity and rich culinary and beverage history of Lebanon, Turkiye and the broader Middle East.
Shifts will vary from TUESDAY - SUNDAY
3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
MUST KNOW how to cook over a charcoal grill
Middle Eastern Cuisine Experience Preferred
NON SLIP COVERED FOOTWEAR Required
MUST Speak Spanish and English.
Kitchen knowledge is a MUST!
Must have experience in cutting fruits/vegetables
MUST know how to carve and prep meat
Must know how to delegate behind stations
Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
