CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of restaurant cooking experience in NYC.
- Ability to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support our high-volume kitchen.
- Fine dining experience is a significant advantage but not required.
