Job Details
You’ll be responsible for prepping, setting up, and cooking menu items and specials while keeping quality and presentation on point. This role also includes keeping your station clean, organized, and up to proper sanitation standards. Part time work, mostly Friday through Sunday between the hours of 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM
Requirements
To do well in this role, you should be comfortable handling all core kitchen duties and working in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and follow through
- Calm under pressure with good problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working on tight timelines during service
- Good coordination and ability to handle a variety of ingredients and tools
- Awareness of quality using sight, smell, taste, etc.
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Comfortable working independently when needed
- Team-oriented and easy to work with
- Able to stay professional and composed in a busy kitchen
- Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Follow all health and sanitation guidelines
- Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly and safely
- Stay up to date on kitchen procedures and standards
- Check in with chefs about prep, volume, and any changes for the shift
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
- Prep and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Help manage prep levels and reduce waste
- Keep food costs in check by minimizing waste and staying organized
- Bring dirty pots and pans to the dish area as needed
Work Environment
- You’ll be working in a hot kitchen environment
- It can get loud during service
- Expect to be on your feet most of the shift, using your hands, moving around, and multitasking

Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $23.00)
