Job Details

Position Overview:

Balos Esatorio is looking for a reliable and skilled Grill Cook to join our team for weekend brunch service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in consistency and presentation, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare and cook brunch menu items on the grill station with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Set up and stock the grill station before service and ensure proper breakdown after
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Previous grill or line cook experience preferred (brunch experience a plus)
  • Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
