Start Date: ASAP
Position: Lead Line Cook (Full-Time)Responsibilities:
-
Prepare and execute dishes according to recipes and quality standards
-
Lead and support line cooks during service; oversee station cleanliness and prep
-
Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on daily specials and prep
-
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness in compliance with DOH regulations
-
Assist with inventory and ordering as needed
-
Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen (Italian cuisine a plus)
-
Proven leadership skills in a culinary environment
-
Excellent knife skills and cooking techniques
-
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines

Punctual, dependable, and professional
-
Position Type: Full-Time (evenings and weekends required)

Legal Employment: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid work authorization)
