Hiring PM Line Cook at Scratchboard Kitchen in Arlington Heights
Scratchboard Kitchen is hiring a PM Line Cook to join our professional, chef-led kitchen in downtown Arlington Heights. We’re looking for cooks who care about craft, consistency, and working in a kitchen built on respect, communication, and clear systems.
This role is for dinner service, with some weekend morning hours available but not necessary. We value cooks who take pride in their work, stay organized, and want to grow their skills in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do

Execute dinner service with accuracy and care

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station

Complete prep efficiently and manage pars with guidance and support

Communicate clearly with the Team during service

Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Contribute to a calm, professional service environment
What We’re Looking For

Professional kitchen experience preferred (line or prep)

Strong fundamentals and a desire to improve

Organized, reliable, and team-oriented

Comfortable working dinner service in a structured kitchen

Able to be on your feet for service and handle typical kitchen tasks

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00)
