Hostess Position – Zoi Mediterranean (Upper East Side)

Zoi Mediterranean is seeking a polished, energetic, and guest-focused Hostess to join our team at our Upper East Side location.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a warm, elegant, and memorable first impression for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable
• Maintain smooth guest flow and seating arrangements
• Communicate effectively with management and service team
• Ensure the entrance and host stand remain organized and presentable

Requirements:

• Previous hostess or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive energy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for evenings and weekends
