Host / Hostess Position – Zoi Mediterranean (Upper East Side)
Zoi Mediterranean is seeking a polished, energetic, and guest-focused Host / Hostess to join our team at our Upper East Side location.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a warm, elegant, and memorable first impression for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable
- Maintain smooth guest flow and seating arrangements
- Communicate effectively with management and service team
- Ensure the entrance and host stand remain organized and presentable
Requirements:
- Previous hostess or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive energy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for evenings and weekends
