We’re Hiring a Maitre’d!

Join a busy, high-energy East Village restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere and a walk-in heavy guest flow. High volume.  We’re looking for a polished, personable Maitre’d who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to manage the door with confidence and hospitality.  This role is perfect for someone who can think on their feet, handle volume with ease, and create a seamless guest experience from the moment guests arrive.

Rosie’s offers elevated takes on traditional Mexican dishes and margaritas in a hip, bustling atmosphere. On our corner in the East Village, Chef Marc Meyer brings his thoughtful approach to the bold, complex flavors of Mexico — a cuisine he has long admired and explored extensively. From grinding fresh masa to cooking on a comal, Rosie’s celebrates time-honored techniques while keeping the food bright, approachable, and full of energy. Our hospitality team works alongside the kitchen to deliver an experience where vibrant flavors are matched by attentive, warm, and energetic service.

What you’ll do:
• Lead the door during high-volume service
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists with precision
• Communicate constantly with management and floor staff
• Set the tone for hospitality and guest experience

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in high-volume or upscale casual restaurants
• Strong presence, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Familiarity with Resy or similar platforms preferred
