Sailor is a lauded neighborhood bistro on a corner in Fort Greene helmed by Chef April Bloomfield and Gabriel Stulman’s Happy Cooking Hospitality.
We enjoy working with humans who are warm, welcoming and empathetic, detail-oriented, open to feedback, and enthusiastic about being part of a team that prioritizes quality service and mindful hospitality.
Captains at Sailor are the main point of contact with guests and leaders on the floor. Their goal is to tailor exceptional dining experiences for every table vis-a-vis attentive listening, expert guidance, and thoughtful execution. Our team works a mix of am and pm shifts.
Wine is part of the daily conversation at Sailor. We offer ongoing wine education, and we’d be well matched with people who have a passion for it. We’re looking for dining room professionals with experience in fine dining who'd enjoy working in a more intimate setting with a dedicated team.
