Who You Are
We’re seeking a Kitchen Manager who is:
- A leader who coaches, inspires, and holds a team accountable
- Obsessed with systems, organization, and consistency
- Skilled in prep planning, food cost, and kitchen staffing/training
- Able to make smart decisions during peak service
- Passionate about elevating quality — not cutting corners
- Ready to help grow a thriving, respected brand
Your Role
As our Kitchen Manager, you will:
- Lead and train our BOH team
- Run the daily culinary operations with precision
- Maintain standards for prep, execution, food quality, and sanitation
- Manage scheduling, cost control, and inventory
- Build and maintain systems that scale as we grow
- Help shape our catering and future expansion programs

Compensation: Salary ($50,000.00 - $65,000.00)
