Agora Tysons is seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Proven experience in guest relations and service recovery, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage reservations, seating flow, and large parties/events
- Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations, including menu understanding and quality control
- Experience with staff scheduling and labor management
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Preferred:
- Experience in Mediterranean or upscale casual dining
- Background in event coordination or private dining
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00)
