Job Details

Marlow East, a modern American restaurant on the Upper East Side, is seeking a polished, hospitality-driven for professional servers to join our team.

Our concept focuses on seasonal, ingredient-driven modern American cuisine, delivered with warmth and intention. Prior experience in fine dining or a high-end, high-volume environment is strongly preferred.

The Server is responsible for a specific station and should always be present on the floor making sure that service runs smoothly.
The Server must be knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and service in general.

Servers will be the main personal contact and ambassador to guide guests through their meal.
The server should have an ability to lead their team, and will control the pace and flow of all the tables in their station

This position requires 5+ Years fine dining experience in a similar restaurant.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00) plus tips
