Job Details
POSITION SUMMARY
Established bar in Midtown is seeking motivated  Head Chef to oversee and handle kitchen operations. This position will be responsible for organizing, executing prep, as well as cooking on the line for service. This position is salary with an expected working week of around 45hours.


The ideal candidate should have the following experience and skills:
  • Formally training from an accolade institute or 1+ years working in fine dining/accolade restaurants.
  • Advanced and accurate knife skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to organize prep
  • Provide leadership and mentorship 
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills (Spanish +)
  • Ability to read and follow recipes and standards
  • Ability to consistently produce the same product.
  • Experience with a variety of cooking styles and techniques
  • Ability to adapt and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience organizing kitchen operations

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
