We are building a refined, design-forward dining experience in Huntington, NY — blending an intimate omakase counter with a lively dining room.

Who We’re Looking For
- Prior serving experience required (Japanese restaurant experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of sushi, sake, and Japanese ingredients (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Strong communication and guest engagement skills
- Detail-oriented with a sense of timing and awareness
- Professional, composed, and team-focused
- Able to work in a fast-paced but refined environment

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35 - $15.00) plus tips
