Omakase Chef (Experienced Only)
We are building a refined, design-forward omakase experience in Huntington, NY — centered on precision, seasonality, and elevated hospitality.
This is a space for chefs who value craft, discipline, and long-term growth — not just production.
Compensation
- $1,200–$2,000 per week (based on experience)

- Proven omakase experience required
- Strong knowledge of fish, including:
- Selection
- Aging techniques
- Butchery & precise knife work
- Clean, disciplined technique with strong consistency
- Takes pride in every course served
- Professional, calm, and guest-focused presence at the counter
