Responsibilities:
• Support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations
• Take full ownership of mise en place across all stations
• Build and maintain clear, effective prep lists for the team
• Uphold exceptional food quality and presentation standards
• Train, develop, and push kitchen staff to perform at a high level
• Manage prep, inventory, and service flow with efficiency
• Lead the line when needed with confidence and control
• Oversee banquet and catering execution, including menu coordination
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
