Position Summary
The Chef de Cuisine will play a key role in overseeing kitchen operations, expediting service, mentoring staff, and contributing to menu development. You will work hand-in-hand with the Executive Chef to bring fresh ideas to the table while ensuring smooth execution during service and maintaining a positive, professional kitchen culture.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and service execution
- Expedite during service while maintaining consistency and quality
- Collaborate on seasonal menu development and specials
- Train, mentor, and lead back-of-house staff
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with DOH standards
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for New American cuisine and seasonal cooking
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English required; working knowledge of Spanish is important for team communication
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
