The Line Chef at goop kitchen is responsible for executing high-quality, clean, and consistent food in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This role is critical to delivering our promise of exceptional guest experiences through disciplined preparation, food safety, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and speed
- Follow all recipes, portioning, and plating standards
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation practices at all times
- Set up, stock, and break down station daily
- Ensure quality and freshness of all ingredients
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain flow and efficiency
- Uphold goop kitchen’s standards of “unthinkable consistency” in every dish
