Job Details
We are looking for a General Manager to lead our team. For Dame's small size (27 seats!), we are a very high volume restaurant that is fully booked every night. Service is very fast paced and reliant upon teamwork. This is a full time position with 5 shifts per week.
The General Manager at Dame is responsible for running service 5 nights a week, including greeting and seating guests, taking food/drink orders when necessary, helping run food, bus tables, and sell/pour wine in addition to managerial tasks of printing menus, running pre-shift meeting, keeping the team motivated, ordering and inventory.
The ideal candidate has Manhattan FOH experience both as a shift lead or floor manager, and a server. This is a great chance to grow your hospitality career as you take on more responsibilities with a small team.
Dame is open Monday to Saturday. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $90,000.00)
