Piccolo Morini – Line Cook
Piccolo Morini marks the newest opening from Altamarea Group — the acclaimed hospitality company behind Marea, Ai Fiori, and 53 — debuting in SoHo with a vibrant, pasta-driven menu rooted in the traditions of Northern Italy. A natural evolution of the beloved Osteria Morini, Piccolo Morini brings a renewed sense of energy to the neighborhood, pairing handcrafted pastas and Italian small plates with a lively, convivial dining experience.
At its core, Piccolo Morini reflects everything guests have come to love about the Morini legacy: soulful cooking, genuine hospitality, and a warm, unpretentious atmosphere. As part of Altamarea Group, team members are welcomed into a culture that values growth, excellence, and opportunity—where a commitment to people is just as important as a commitment to the guest experience.
