We are looking for a LINE COOK with a focus on fresh baked breads, dumplings, dips and sides. Experience with dumpling making & pleating is highly preferred. Seeking a hardworking, punctual, clean individual with 2 to 3 years of previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen. Located in Reading Terminal Market. We have been featured in Philadelphia Magazine, Eater, Thrillist and Philadelphia Inquirer. 

Qualifications
● Awareness of basic kitchen practices, e.g. FIFO and labeling, etc.
● Dumpling making and pleating knowledge is highly preferred
● Expert knife skills
● Ability to perform basic kitchen prep tasks such as chopping, peeling, cleaning
● Cleanliness in and out of the kitchen
● Ability to read and follow recipes set in place by the chef
● Punctuality

Any of these get you bumped to the front of the line:
● Experience working with large volumes of dough in a similar setting, such as a pizza shop,
bakery, dumpling shop.
● Customer-first mentality
● ServSafe Certification a plus
● Familiarity with Middle and Eastern European cuisine
● Ability to work on weekends
