We are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers to join our team at KPOT BBQ & Hot Pot, a dynamic, fast-paced Korean BBQ and hot pot dining experience.
At KPOT, guests cook premium meats, seafood, and vegetables right at their table while enjoying an interactive, social dining atmosphere. As a server, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience. You must be 18 or older to apply.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner
- Explain menu items, BBQ grilling, and hot pot procedures to first-time guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Deliver food, refill drinks, and maintain attentive table service throughout dining experience
- Monitor tables for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Assist with setup and breakdown of tables, including grill and hot pot equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and host staff during busy shifts
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn KPOT dining style and procedures
- Prior serving experience is a plus, but not required
Scheduling & Availability
- Flexible scheduling available (part-time and full-time positions)
- Weekend and evening availability is highly valued
