Bartender

Renwick Hospitality Group — operators of Lindens, Altair, Lulla, Foxtail, have recently taken over operations at Arlo Washington D.C. — We are seeking skilled, hospitality‑driven Bartenders to join our growing team. Our bars, lounges, rooftop, and upcoming pool program all reflect Renwick’s commitment to warm service, thoughtful craft, and consistent execution.

We’re looking for bartenders who bring professionalism, personality, and a genuine love of cocktail bartending.

• Craft cocktails with precision, following Renwick’s detailed specifications for both menu cocktails and classic builds.

• Participate in full training on Renwick Hospitality’s cocktail programming, including batching, prep, garnishing, and presentation standards.

• Support all bar prep, including syrups, juices, batching, garnishes, and station setup.

• Communicate clearly with management and BOH to ensure proper ordering, stock levels, and product availability.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, following daily task lists to ensure the space is polished, functional, and guest‑ready at all times.

• Demonstrate full menu knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to guide guests confidently and create stronger connections.

• Deliver warm, polished hospitality using Renwick’s Steps of Service, including:

  • Greeting guests promptly and warmly

  • Guiding guests through cocktails, wine, beer, and food

  • Confirming modifications, allergies, and preferences

  • Ensuring timely delivery of drinks and food

  • Checking in with intention and reading guest pace

  • Maintaining bar top cleanliness and resetting quickly

  • Closing out checks accurately and thanking guests sincerely

• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and management to ensure seamless operations.

• Prepare for future daytime shifts, which will begin as early as 10 AM and run through late afternoon (up to 5 PM).

• Availability for afternoon and evening shiftse.

• Strong cocktail, wine, and beer knowledge — or a strong desire to learn through Renwick’s training.

• Ability to follow detailed recipes and maintain consistency across all builds.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to stock management.

• A team‑first mindset and commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Prior bartending experience in a high‑volume, craft‑focused, or boutique hospitality environment preferred.
