The Purple Pig is a Chef driven restaurant seeking a Sous Chef to help run a very busy, high caliber kitchen. Work with Jimmy Bannos Jr., 2014 James Beard, Rising Star Chef. We have an incredibly strong culinary team and are looking for a couple more key employees to raise the bar to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years experience in kitchens with experience in a high-end, high volume restaurant or hotel.
