Responsibilities
- Execute full steps of service with consistency and attention to detail
- Manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized section and workspace
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to a diverse, high-volume guest base
Qualifications
- 2 years of previous serving in a full service restaurant experience a must (high-volume experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of service standards and guest flow
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Mondays, weekend and holiday availability required
Compensation
- Hourly base pay in accordance with Chicago minimum wage laws
- Tips on top of hourly
