Are you friendly, outgoing, and love creating a welcoming atmosphere? We are looking for a Restaurant Host to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. As the face of our restaurant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless guest experience from the moment they walk in.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a warm and friendly attitude
- Manage RESY and waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are seated comfortably
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Assist in managing the flow of guests and ensuring a smooth seating process
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure excellent guest service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus, but not required
- A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed during busy periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
