Line Cook

Trad Room is a vibey, high-energy Japanese restaurant in the heart of Bed-Stuy, known for bold flavors, creative dishes, and a commitment to quality. We're looking for a dedicated, motivated, and sharp line cook to join our back-of-house team.

• Able to hold it down on busy nights

• Weekend availability is a must for brunch and dinner

• Must be consistent in job delivery  

• Kitchen experience preferred but not required if you have the right attitude
