Opened in March 2015, we have been a singular restaurant, tirelessly putting out high quality (same ones served at higher priced establishments) food, coupled with fine wines and cocktails.
Winner of Michelin Bib Gourmand, we run an ambitious kitchen headed by Chef Chung Chow.
We are looking for a Sous Chef with a minimum 4 years experience in a full service restaurant, with at least 2 years working on the hot line.
Well versed in Asian flavors, and must have good working knowledge of many cooking techniques.
Candidates will be required to do a cooking trial after their interview.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($72,500.00 - $80,000.00)
