Are you a detail-oriented enthusiast with a passion for hospitality? We’re seeking a part time dedicated Server Assistant for our tropical immersive cocktail bar to support our team and help create exceptional guest experiences each night.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Server Assistant, you’ll be essential to maintaining service flow and ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding and promoting the Gage & Tollner brand, culture, and offerings.
• Upholding our founding principles in every guest and team interaction.
• Maintaining a polished and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Following all company policies and procedures as outlined in our Employee Handbook.
• Participating in scheduled meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education.
• Caring for company property and upholding safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Adhering to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should bring:

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively through non-verbal cues on the floor.
• A positive, results-oriented, team-player mentality.
• The ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and local Department of Health standards.
• A commitment to excellence within our dynamic team environment.

Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks:

• Lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
• Navigating stairs while carrying items.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
