Lead Bartender

This position combines bartending with shift leadership. You will be expected to lead by example while actively working behind the bar.

• Act as the on-site lead during shifts
• Coordinate breaks, cuts, and staff coverage based on business needs
• Maintain the overall atmosphere (lighting, music, volume, and temperature)
• Support the team and help resolve issues in real time

• Strong bartending experience in a high-volume, quality-driven environment
• A natural sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and decisive under pressure
• Good judgment and comfort making real-time decisions
• A team-first mindset with the ability to lead peers

• Evening and weekend availability required
