We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, highly organized, and experienced in leading a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Help with menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal updates
- Monitor inventory, food cost, and ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen team members
- Step in as Head Chef when needed
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $75,000.00)
