Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, highly organized, and experienced in leading a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Help with menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal updates
  • Monitor inventory, food cost, and ordering supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train and mentor kitchen team members
  • Step in as Head Chef when needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
