Position Summary

The Pastry Cook plays a key role in executing high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the art of pastry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to consistency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, bake, and plate a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
  • Follow established recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Accurately measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management, prep, and proper storage of ingredients
  • Collaborate with the pastry team and broader kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
  • Previous pastry or baking experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for pastry arts
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices
