JF Restaurants is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Pastry Cook to join our dynamic culinary team at The Times Square EDITION. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing kitchen known for creativity, precision, and exceptional guest experiences.
Position SummaryThe Pastry Cook plays a key role in executing high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the art of pastry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to consistency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, bake, and plate a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Follow established recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Accurately measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, prep, and proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with the pastry team and broader kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Previous pastry or baking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for pastry arts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take direction
- Work alongside a talented and driven culinary team

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00)
