The Radicle — a new late night cocktail bar from the team behind Daisies — is hiring servers to join our team in Logan Square.
The Radicle will serve Midwest-Italian inspired food built for a bar setting: think raw bar selections of vegetable and seafood crudos, oysters, crisp salads, fried snacks, and handmade pizzas. We are open from midday to late night, six days a week, offering an energetic yet thoughtful kitchen environment where quality ingredients meet a relaxed neighborhood atmosphere.
We are looking for:
- Individuals who are well-versed in craft and classic cocktails and seasoned in high-volume service
- Knowledge of sanitation laws and regulations. Basset and food handlers certified
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow with this ever-evolving industry
- At least 2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced, chef-driven restaurant
- Some bartender knowledge
- A full understanding of global wine, craft beer, and cocktails
- A focus & drive in hospitality
- Full weekend availability

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Food Handler Certification & Basset required
- Ability to handle stress under pressure
- Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to be flexible with job demands and open minded when being asked to complete tasks
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant
- Ability to move or handle equipment throughout the restaurant generally weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours a day
