Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, hands-on Assistant Kitchen Manager to support daily kitchen operations and help maintain the high standards our customers expect. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
Schedule- Days: Friday through Tuesday
- Hours: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Weekly: 40–45 hours
- Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Oversee and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure quality control across all food preparation
- Learn and execute all house recipes consistently
- Manage and maintain the presentation of the salad case
- Assist with preparation and production of:
- Salads
- Soups
- Grill items
- Sauté dishes
- Support kitchen staff and help ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with inventory, prep lists, and minimizing waste
- Valid Food Manager’s Certificate (required)
- Experience working with:
- Salads
- Soups
- Grill
- Sauté
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual (early morning availability required)

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($23.00 - $25.00)
