Maya is now accepting applications for fall and winter busser and food runner positions, both full time and part time. 

Maya is a family owned and operated latin concept in Oak Park. Home to one of the biggest patios in Chicagoland, Maya has become a neighborhood institution since opening in 2007. With an employee-centric focus, our goal is to build a team of people as passionate about people as we are. We want people that actually enjoy hosting. We want people that are looking for a restaurant that provides genuinely warm, friendly, approachable, and personable experiences both to their guests AND to their staff. We want people that need to work in a positive, team-driven, hard-working environment. We want people that truly care about the guest, about each other, and about building the business. And we need people with both exceptional work ethic and a bright personality. A good sense of humor is encouraged and appreciated.

Qualified, experienced applicants will make start at $24+ per hour (inclusive of wage and tips). Average income for full-time bussers is $900/week.* This is total gross wages and tips, based on a 35-hour work week and progression is encouraged and attainable. We operate on a tip pool.

You must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday (brunch and/or dinner shift). We are closed Mondays & Tuesdays.
