SK Hospitality Group is seeking polished, detail-oriented Bussers to join the opening team of Bueno and Yamasaki—two highly anticipated, design-forward dining concepts located within a 15,000-square-foot destination in the heart of the Financial District, moments from the New York Stock Exchange.
Yamasaki is a high-end Japanese Asian fusion restaurant, offering a refined, elevated dining experience rooted in precision and exceptional service.
Bueno is a fun, trendy restaurant and lounge, delivering a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere with bold Latin-inspired cuisine.

Position Overview
As a Busser, you will play an essential role in supporting the front-of-house team by maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and flow of the dining room. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas, ensuring tables are reset promptly and to exacting standards
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages, ensuring proper presentation and timing
- Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a polished and unobtrusive presence
- Support overall service flow by anticipating team needs and guest requirements
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, including polishing glassware, flatware, and plateware
- Replenish water, bread service, and other table elements as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the dining room
- Collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service execution
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a restaurant environment preferred (upscale or fine dining a plus)
- NYC hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to take direction and anticipate needs
- Strong communication skills
