SK Hospitality Group is seeking polished, hospitality-driven Servers to join the opening team of Bueno and Yamasaki—two highly anticipated, design-forward dining concepts located within a 15,000-square-foot destination in the heart of the Financial District, moments from the New York Stock Exchange.
Yamasaki is a high-end Japanese Asian fusion restaurant, offering a refined, modern dining experience rooted in precision, technique, and elevated presentation.
Bueno is a fun, trendy restaurant and lounge, delivering an energetic atmosphere with bold Latin-inspired cuisine and a vibrant social scene.

As a Server, you will serve as a primary point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized dining experience. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong product knowledge, and an intuitive understanding of guest needs within an upscale, high-volume setting.
Key Responsibilities- Execute refined, anticipatory service with precision, warmth, and attention to detail
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all menu offerings, including seasonal dishes, ingredients, wine, spirits, and cocktail programs
- Guide guests through a curated dining experience, offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to individual preferences
- Uphold the highest standards of service etiquette, presentation, and timing
- Ensure seamless communication with the kitchen, bar, and support staff to maintain fluid service execution
- Maintain composure and professionalism in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond proactively to feedback
- Participate in pre-shift briefings, ongoing training, and menu education
- Support opening and closing procedures with strong attention to detail
- Maintain an immaculate and organized section in accordance with brand standards
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-driven culture across FOH and BOH
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining restaurant required
- New York City hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to deliver elevated, detail-oriented service in a luxury environment
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service (formal training is a plus)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to perform under pressure
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms
- Fast-paced, high-volume luxury dining and lounge setting
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance required at all times
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver excellence under pressure

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.40 - $12.00) plus tips
