Mandu is one of DC’s longest-running Korean restaurants, serving traditional and modern Korean cuisine since 2006. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen focused on quality, consistency, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute dishes consistently during high-volume service
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations
- Prep ingredients and assist with daily mise en place
- Follow recipes and kitchen standards with precision
- Work closely with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work clean, fast, and stay organized under pressure
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Punctual and dependable
- Interest in Korean cuisine is a plus
