Taproom & Events Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Taproom & Events Manager to oversee the operation of our taproom, manage staff, develop menus, and grow our events program. This role requires someone passionate about F&B and creating outstanding guest experiences.

• Oversee day-to-day taproom operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional customer experiences.
• Hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and performance management for the taproom team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

• Work with the kitchen/bar team to develop and update food and beverage menus.
• Monitor inventory and place orders to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with the brewing team (if applicable) to promote seasonal and specialty offerings.

• Solicit, plan, and execute private and public events, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses, vendors, and entertainers to enhance the taproom experience.
• Promote events through social media, email marketing, and local outreach.

• Manage daily cash flow, sales reporting, and budget oversight.
• Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to improve operations.
• Work closely with ownership/management on strategic planning and growth initiatives.

• 2+ years of management experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or event planning.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Experience handling payroll, scheduling, and staff training.
• Passion for craft beverage, hospitality, and event curation.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Interest in sake recommended
