We are currently looking for motivated, passionate, and experienced hosts for our FOH team at L'ardente. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Reception and Greeting:
   • Welcome guest with warmth and grace, offering the highest standard of the guest experience.
   • Escort guest to their tables and present menus, ensuring a seamless and elegant transition to their dining experience.
2. Reservation Management:
   • Manage and organize the RESY system, ensuring accurate seating arrangements and smooth flow of reservation throughout service.
   • Maintain a courteous and customer service attitude while handling reservation inquires and request.
   • Assist and Coordinate in organizing events, private dining, and special occasions to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
3. Appearance and Ambiance:
   • Maintain the glamorous appearance and attire set by L’Ardente, reflecting the upscale nature of our establishment.
   • Assist in maintaining the elegant ambiance within the restaurant, including any side work assigned to upkeep of the restaurant.
4. Customer Relations:
   • Engage with guest, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and addressed with the utmost care and attention.
   • Handle guest inquires, special request and concerns to uphold the best guest experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1+ Previous experience in a high- end restaurant, preferably in a host/hostess role.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high – pressure situations, and conflict manage.
• Professionalism, poise, and a genuine passion to deliver the ultimate guest experience at L’Ardente.
